nick cacarnakis - manager

Nick Cacarnakis is the only son of a Realtor with more than 30 years of experience, so he was destined to become a Real Estate success. Born and raised in Pasadena, he spent his youth among the city's most prominent Realtors. So naturally after graduating from USC, he became a one himself and has been a top Realtor in Los Angeles for over 25 years. 

His passion for Real Estate drives his excellent customer service and people skills. That same drive landed Nick in management. First, as the manager of Berkshire Hathaway's Loz Feliz office, where he invigorated that local market in under a year. Due to those accomplishments, he was promoted to the Beverly Hills office.

You will often find Nick at a charity event. His involvement with Los Angeles' most relevant non-profits is as long as his career. He served on the board of the AIDS Service Center and he dedicates time and energy to several other philanthropic organizations.

Kevin Gibson - pickford escrow

Kevin Gibson has extensive experience in the escrow industry, currently serving as an Escrow Officer at Pickford Escrow since April 2012. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Escrow Manager at KPL Select Escrow, Inc. from August 2002 to March 2012. With over two decades of experience in escrow services, Kevin exhibits strong expertise in managing transactions and client relations.
